Cancellation policy
You may cancel your PrepAim subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
How to cancel
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
Alternatively, email [email protected] with your account email.
Access after cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to all features until the end of your current paid billing cycle (whether monthly or yearly).
After the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to a free status, and you will not be charged again.
No refunds policy
All sales are final. Because PrepAim provides immediate access to digital intellectual property, practice tests, and study materials, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
- No prorated refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused time.
- Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your account before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
- Usage: Refunds are not granted based on a lack of usage or dissatisfaction with exam results.
Payment & trials
No free trials: PrepAim does not offer free trials for premium plans. Payment is processed immediately upon selecting a plan, and you are granted immediate access to the platform.
By subscribing, you authorize PrepAim to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
